Hey Everyone,
Been on here for a few days and I’m finally ready to poke my head in and say hello.
About Me:
The username says it all;I am very short. 4’9”(144.78 cm) to be exact.
Mom/Wife/Dog Owner(Nakita) in Washington state.
You can usually find me puttering around the house, out back in my garden, reading, or…. snacking on something in the kitchen.

Fitness Goals, Reasons Why, and Plans to accomplish them:
Goal: Be able to do 10+ Standard Push-ups at a time.
Why: I was challenged by my oldest son to a pushup contest… It didn’t go well to say the least
Plan: Wall Push-Up Challenge (March/April) >> Kneeling Push-Up Challenge (April/May) >> Standard Push-Up Challenge (May/June)
Goal: Increase my overall stamina and cardiovascular health.
Why: Asthma+a bad knee has made me stay away from most cardio based exercises. But something has to change; During our last trip to the zoo, I got winded after going up a dozen steps that was followed by walking uphill for a short distance. It was so embarrassing.
Plan: Soft Cardio Program for now. Seeing how that goes first.

Mar. 10-Mar. 13
Days 1-4 went well. I accomplished all the workouts while either waiting for dinner to finish cooking or during my kid’s independent work time. (We homeschool.)
Workouts:
The Guardian Day 1-4 + a total of 200 punches
Easy Core Day 1-4
Wall Push ups Day 1-4
Tomorrow, I’m adding on the new Soft Cardio program.
Sorry for the wordy post. I promise the next one won’t be nearly as long!

How nice
… sometimes my daughter joins me in working out. That is always way better than doing it alone.
