"normalizing exercise routines (bulking, losing belly fat, pec gains)"
My main focus as of currently is bulking up for a better physique (getting bulkier mainly for the arms and chest), and chest exercises that help
1. With pec gains
2. With (being honest here) ridding myself of puffy (sausage) nipples
Any recommendations would help a lot
I'm a home workout-er btw; no gym membership and i got 8lbs weights at home at best unfortunately... I got better weights at my school that I don't always have access to
