Thanks! @Lady Celerity - Sadly, I didn't get the job, but they didn't ghost me this time, so that's a step in the right direction!

Up later than I wanted to be, so hard to get out of bed when I don't have a reason to, on to exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
Sparrow done (3 sets),
Fundamentals done (3 sets),
Post Run Stretching done,
Sore Feet done,
Wrist Pain done.

So no new job for me, I was expecting it to go this way though, I really let my nerves get the better of me yesterday, but the lady did suggest trying out for one of their volunteer roles to help me build my confidence, so we will see where that goes.
Just got a Work Coach meeting to go to later today (Hopefully it stops raining by then) plus I'm making Baked Dumplings in a Peanut Sauce for dinner (I'm trying to use up a big bag of cheap frozen gyozas, hopefully this turns out better than the soup I tried making with them).
See y'all tomorrow!

Rejection is doing you a favour and giving way for you to find the right place and fit for you.
Best rejections come quickly, in batches, so you can redirect your path.

The job market is a train wreck right now, but I am confident we all will find our place.

Trust your gut. Interviews are also for you to decide if that company/place is the right for you. If you genuinely liked the environment there and you know you'd enjoy the job, volunteering is a good idea.

Regardless of what you do, I am certain you'll do what is best for you.

Thanks! @TopNotch @LiteraryMatcha - I'm usually not too bad at interviews these days, but them remembering me from my past interview really threw me.

Missed yesterday, no excuses, I just never got around to it.
Trying to get back to a more normal workout sooner than planned (Still fighting the tail-end of this cold), I think the very light exercising I was doing was making it feel very skippable:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Climbers (EotD) done,
Stakeout (WotD) done,
Day 40 of House of the Valkyrie done (Not a great day to be restarting this one, but I got there in the end, fourth feather earned),
Day 23 of Action Hero done,
Hips and Glutes Stretch done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Tendons done.

A quiet day of chores before work ahead, see y'all tomorrow!

Made it to the end of the week with only one missed day (I think), yay!

Universal Warmup done,
5+ (Knee) Push-Ups (EotD) done (I managed 15),
Armor Abs (WotD) attempted (2 sets, Side Elbow Planks are hard!),
Day 41 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 24 of Action Hero done (I've had to change this one to "To failure" instead of doing the full number of reps. I can get there, eventually, it just takes far too long!),
Light Everyday Stretching done,
Sore Feet done,
Hand Mobility done.

Just going to be lazy before work now.
Yesterday, I watched the unusual double bill of Punisher:- One Last Kill and Good Omens:- Season 3, both were okay. It probably would've helped if I'd seen the previous Punisher series (I never got on with the Netflix Marvel stuff, I found it either boring, or poorly lit or both), and Good Omens continues to feel superfluous and in need of some Pratchett magic, but I liked the ending so it balances out.
I also watched Gameoverse, the new pilot from Glitch Studios, there's so much good indie animation out there these days, I wish more stuff would get past the pilot episode stage though, I'm looking at you Dungeon Flippers and Port by the Sea!

See y'all tomorrow!

Start of a new week:-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Arm Circles (EotD) done,
Quicksliver (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 42 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 25 of Action Hero done,
Everyday Stretching done,
Happy Feet done,
Talk to the Hand done.

Surprised by the lack of noodly arms today, maybe they've finally levelled up?

Just some evening volunteering to do later, the lady I help still isn't feeling well, so I'll be working solo again, but only if someone has remembered to do the shopping (It wouldn't surprise me if they hadn't).
I've also had to buy a new washing machine this morning. The old one has been rather leaky for a while, but I was hoping it would last a bit longer, but nope, it's not even washing stuff properly now.
Being a responsible adult can be expensive, see y'all tomorrow!

Some afternoon, after work exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
Day 43 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 26 of Action Hero done,
Stretched done,
Foot work done,
Keyboard Warrior done.

Last night went okay, despite having guessed correctly that no one had done the shopping (I wonder where they think the food comes from?), so I made Jacket Potatoes with Toppings and a Salad.
Now I'm going to have a quiet evening of eating Pizza and looking at my new books (The charity shop near work has a dangerously good selection, I picked up 5 books and a DVD this time). See y'all tomorrow!

@Lady Celerity - It was. I started reading a book called Nod, where 99% of the Earth's population lose the ability to sleep, possibly not a great choice for someone who suffers from mild insomnia!

Doing some early exercising today:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Reverse Angels (EotD) done (Standing up),
She Ascends (Replacement WotD) done (3 sets. It was hard to find a Metcon workout that didn't involve jumping),
Day 44 of House of the Valkyrie done (With little breaks, couldn't keep my arms above my head for that long in one go),
Day 27 of Action Hero done,
Hip Flexors done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Wrist Mobility done.

Back at my Wednesday volunteering today (Although they never did shut down the church for that promised building work), hopefully I remember what to do.
And then it's Sri Lankan Pork Curry for dinner, see y'all tomorrow!

Trying to get into the habit of getting up early again, so more early exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Count Hold (EotD) done,
Double Helix (Replacement WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 45 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets, I chose the Sentinel path),
Day 28 of Action Hero done,
Superhero Stretch done,
Sore Feet done,
Wrist Pain done.

Finally figured out what's been prolonging my sore throat and cough, it's the bottle of Cherry Pepsi I brought as a treat. I guess it's a good thing I apparently can't drink fizzy drinks regularly anymore, but I'm going to miss the stuff. :verysadkitty:
Just a day of random little jobs ahead, plus another Work Coach meeting, and then try and make my Curry tonight (I ended up taking a couple out-of-date ready meals home from the Food Bank yesterday).
See y'all tomorrow!

@GentleOx - Basically I've discovered the stuff irritates my throat now if I drink it too often. I'm hoping the occasional can should still be fine, but it's annoying how my body can't manage things like it used to, the price of getting old I suppose.

Between hefting my old washing machine out of the kitchen yesterday and being asleep for 11 hours, I've got a bad back this morning, so some simple exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
Day 29 of Action Hero done,
Back Pain Relief done,
Footwork done,
Stapler done.

Once they've finished installing the new washing machine (They didn't phone ahead before delivery like they were supposed to, so they caught me mid-workout), it's a Housemate visiting day, and then finally make my Pork Curry (I couldn't use my kitchen sink after disconnecting my old washing machine, and I didn't trust myself to not use it, so I stayed out of the kitchen yesterday and got emergency takeout for dinner).
See y'all tomorrow!

Overslept, but only a little this time, and my back is feeling fine, so time to do some proper exercising this morning:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Jumping Step Jacks (EotD) done,
Unbound (WotD) done,
Day 46 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 30 of Action Hero done (And finished! I know I didn't do it properly but it was hard work so I'm still taking the badge),
Hamstring Stretch done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Tendons done.

Not taking on a new challenge yet, I have plans.

Not much happened yesterday, Housemate was asleep when I visited (Properly asleep, not just pretending this time), and I've been tasked with trying to find her more trousers in a particular style (They're having trouble getting her to wear any, because she insists she only has the one pair and she's not wearing other peoples trousers).
I did at least finally make my Pork Curry and it was yummy, see y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @Jaga @CODawn @Anek @JCU @graoumia @TopNotch

Missed a few days.
Just didn't have time on Sunday, and the last couple of days I've just been too hot and tired for some after work exercising. But had the chance to do some morning exercising today while it's still cool-ish:-

Universal Warmup done,
Story Mode done (3 sets),
Day 47 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Upperbody Stretch done,
Sore Feet done,
Hand Mobility done.

Hopefully it's not as hot as it has been today, kinda fed up with not being able to do anything in the evenings because I'm too danged sleepy! Got volunteer work today, but at least I can wear shorts to that.
See y'all next time!

Not so hot today, so being good and doing some after work exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Plank Leg Raises (EotD) done,
Day 48 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Shoulders Stretching done,
Happy Feet done,
Talk to the Hand done.

Making some Toad in the Hole for dinner, not really the weather for it, but it's what the old folks in the old folks home were eating today and I want some!
See y'all tomorrow!

Missed a few days.
I'm just very tired at the moment and have very little enthusiasm for exercising, but since I'm only an hour late getting up this morning I thought I'd try:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Crunch Kicks (EotD) done,
Ragnarok (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 49 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets of Skyshield and Stormhammer),
Full Body Stretch done,
Happy Feet done,
Keyboard Warrior done.

Got to go out into the rain later for (Another) job interview, I suspect it will probably be a waste of time as it's one my Work Coach applied to on my behalf (It's at a restaurant and they tend to be big on weekend availability, and my Work Coach always forgets I already have a weekend job), but you never know.
See y'all tomorrow, maybe.

Second day in a row, yay! Still very tired though, on to exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Half Wipers (EotD) done,
Recon Squad (WotD) attempted (2 sets, just too much getting up and down for me today),
Day 50 of House of the Valkyrie done (Earned my fifth feather!),
Chest and Lower Back Stretching done,
Foot Work done,
Wrist Mobility done.

The interview went well, I think, but, as I suspected, they were disappointed I can't work weekends, so I'll just have to wait and see how it goes.
Volunteer work this morning, I'll see y'all tomorrow!

Back for some more morning exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Side Jacks (EotD) done,
The Scorcher (WotD) done (3 sets, but a low impact non-jumping version),
Day 51 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets, with High Knees replaced by Marching Steps),
Arms and Shoulders Stretching done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Wrist Pain done.

Gotta sit around waiting for a flat inspection from the Landlord today (Don't you just love it when people give you a day they'll visit and not an actual time?), if I can get that over with early enough, it's also a Housemate visiting day.
And then I'm making Beef Fried Rice for dinner, see y'all tomorrow!

Up an hour late today, but I've mostly got my sleep schedule back on track, and I'm not as tired as I was at the start of the week, on with the exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Back Kicks (EotD) done,
Fight Ready (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 52 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Arms and Chest Stretching done,
Sore Feet done,
The Stapler done.

Didn't get a chance to visit the Housemate yesterday (The guy doing my flat inspection didn't show up until 3pm), so that's been moved to today after my Work Coach meeting (If they don't witter on too much about my lack of job searching, I can't apply for jobs if there's none to apply for!).
At least I've got yummy leftover Beef Rice for dinner, see y'all tomorrow!
