Stayed up late celebrating boyfriend's graduation. Had a wonderful italian dinner and hung out afterward. So I woke up a bit later but still managed to do my baseline. Did a lot of house cleanup as well.

The 5k workout was a shock - 5m run + 5m walk x3! A surprising jump but I'm proud to say I was able to run all three 5m without stopping! Felt really good, especially since it was in the warm afternoon sun. :vibes:

wonderful day! today's morning stretches were great, I spent time nature journaling for the first time in the community garden, and got through a lot of my video lectures with good movement breaks in between.

Recovery Day! I did nothing today, completely forgot about Baseline.

What a beautiful day to start the month of June! I had a wonderful morning with my stretching/yoga routine and then straight into Baseline. Did 5k a bit later.
Had my daughter today and we decided to do a picnic dinner in the park since it was such a beautiful day. We walked there and back and she even invited me to swing a bit with her, which was nice and peaceful.

Felt a ton of energy today but I might have overdone it. We will see what tomorrow brings.

EDIT: forgot to mention I did the Exercise of the Day and started the June Balance challenge!

Not a great night's sleep. Woke up a lot due to loud cars and music a couple of times. When I did wake I as all kindza sore. Been a zombie all day.
Baseline in AM and then my 5k drills around 1030.
Feeling really good about the running! It's not great pacing or timing or anything, but it's regular if not entirely consistent and I've enjoyed running again.
Better at balancing on my left leg than my right. hmmm...

Hoping to sleep like a rock and recover. Got a busy day tomorrow.

Well I'm no longer fasting but I have been keeping up alright with my workouts, except 5k. Things keep getting in the way! Been busy and kiddo is out of school now, so it's even harder than usual.
