What’s your favorite fish and how do you prepare it?

I love orange roughy, I coat it with adobo, onion, and garlic powder, then fry it with a little olive oil.

I also love tuna steak I marinate with orange juice, soy sauce, and garlic, then also fry with a little olive oil.

We usually buy haddock in batter frozen from the supermarket but when I eat out like to go for halibut. I keep sardines in tomato sauce handy in the cupboard.
I don’t think I’ve ever tried haddock putting it on my To Try list right now.

"Hello"
I saw this title without knowing which category of forum it was under. So I thought "What a cute question!" then I realized it was under the food category. Ha!

I don't like seafood. But on occasion I will enjoy some grilled shrimp or some lobster bisque. They have to be very well done though! I also like crab rangoons, but I think that's because the crab flavor is completely taken over by all the other ingredients.
