Do you have any particular goals in mind? General fitness and mobility are great goals, but specific ones can move you faster to where you want to be. Have a look around, feel free to ask any questions, and remember that you can adapt any exercise that you find difficult to do right now. Do what you can do right now and work your way up. Don't try something that is too above your current level, try something that challenges you a little to begin with. Mentally (and physically) it's better to increase difficulty/weight/reps/sets than decrease when you're just starting out.
