Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- Water First

Before Lunch:
- Hard Reset - Strength - day 17
- Hard Reset - Cardio - day 18

Before Dinner:
- Hard Reset - Strength - day 19

Before Bed:
- Stretch - full body
- Counting Victory Challenge

I have made poor food choices over the summer months, gained 12 pounds. I just love food. All too often I let my “stomach” control me. Trying to reduce the junk foods & the serving sizes. (Again).

- Combat - penance workout. Level 3, plus EC. This surprised me; have to choose a more challenging workout next time
- meditation
- stretch - Rotator Cuff

Before Dinner:
- walk

Before Bed:
- Counting Victory Challenge
