Before Dinner:
- Walk - 2 km
- Combat - strengthen hands & shins
- Walk - 1.4 km

Before Bed:
- DD + EC
- WOD: Rest & Rec
- Qigong - Foot & Leg Massage
- Counting Victory Challenge

- 50 Push-ups a Day - day 15
- Calisthenics
- Cool Down
- Inversion Table
- incline crunches
- Breath work

Before Dinner:
- Shovel snow & scrape ice
- scrape ice

Before Bed:
- Mindful breathing
- Qigong - Foot & Leg Massage
- Counting Victory Challenge

- Shovel Snow
- Walk - 1 km. It was -35 with windchill. Brr

Before Dinner:
- Shovel Snow
- Strength - forearms & grip
- Meditation

Before Bed:
- Breath work
- Better Balance workout
- Qigong - Foot & Leg Massage
- Counting Victory Challenge

TH DE 25: Merry Christmas!!

Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- Water First
- Meditation
- DD + EC
- Morning Breath Work

Before Dinner:
- Walk - 2.37 km. Sunny, -17C, very crisp
- Walking Qigong (about 10 minutes)
- 50 Push a Day Challenge - day 25
- Combat - Boxer Arms
- Immunity boosting & lungs Qigong
- 50 Push-ups a Day - day 22

Before Bed:
- I missed a lot of snowballs this year.
- I will have to be healthy next year’s Snowball Fight
- I missed out on the fun
- Qigong - foot & leg massage
- Counting Victory Challenge
