Inspired by posts from others, Iโ€™ve also started tracking the macros from my meals, and Iโ€™m using ChatGPT to help with it.
I made Banana Creamy Tofu.

Iโ€™m away from home until Friday, and I hope to gain some distance from everyday matters. I wonโ€™t be counting macros from my meals this week.

Light workout at my neighborโ€™s home gym. Something is wrong with my right shoulderโ€”I canโ€™t do an overhead press, I feel pain. Exercises for shoulder rotation and lateral raises are fine, the pain only occurs when pressing overhead. I suspect itโ€™s from bench press exercises. Iโ€™ll see in a week if it goes away or if the pain persists.
Didn't count calories.

If it starts to feel worse you might want to have it checked out asap. I hope you feel better soon! :sit:
