I managed to complete the challenge, albeit with a delay. It wasn't done regularly, day by day as it should have been, but rather at my own pace. I probably lack discipline or better organization. In the near future, I want to focus on sleep, pull-ups, and running. I still want to follow through with my half-marathon plan.


Next I will go with 50 Push Ups Challenge as morning routine.

I'm rebuilding my exercise routine again. For the last two weeks I've had a lot on my mind. Today I got back to exercising after a long break. I did 5x3 pull-ups, some push-ups, and squats. I'd like to be able to do 10 pull-ups on the bar in one go. I'm also doing the 50 Push Ups Challenge.
