Recomp Challenge - DAY 30
Bed on time Challenge - DAY 30

Really cool challenge! I enjoyed the burpees even though I hadn't done them before. The main advantage is that it's an exercise that provides full-body workout.
I tried to combine this challenge a bit with a "recomp plan." From the next one, I'll want to focus on the pull-up bar with a plan: https://darebee.com/plans/touch-the-bar.html and a new challenge: https://darebee.com/challenges/flex-hang-challenge.html
