:hello: This is Tina, and I'm ready to start this journey towards reaching my #FitnessGoals!

I completed Express Tone just yesterday and I was honestly surprised with the results.

My starting weight was 62 kg and my ending weight was 62 kg.

To say that I was surprised would be an understatement since I was eating like crazy, but who knows? Maybe the fact that I was on a calorie deficit before I started the program contributed, but overall I'm satisfied.

I can see improvements in my biceps, triceps, glutes and quads. This is all from using 2x3 kg dumbbells and 2x2 kg dumbbells for all the lateral raises and bent over fly (I know I cheated, but it was too tough for a beginner like me).

I didn't take any pictures, but I will start doing so from now on (That's why I started this thread). I'm determined to becoming the best version of me so watch this space.

P.S. New 5 Week Workout Plan starting on 31 Oct 2022!
