On Foundation Day 20, the leg part seems to be intended for you to only switch sides after both holds -- but the position of the "change sides and repeat" text makes it easy to mistake it as applying only to the cross swings. Probably just adding a bit more vertical space would help, or some lines making it more explicit that it applies to the whole row, including the holds.
