❤️TGC: Rating = 9.5.
❤️Baseline: Rating = 9.5
❤️AoSCE: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving during arm circles. Swaying during the holds helped.
❤️Walk: 6 miles because cold and snowy weather is moving in.

Notes: Weird work day with a lot of meetings and screwed up lunch. MNF was back with the final wild card game of the weekend. How does a kicker miss 4 extra points in one game?

❤️Baseline: A full body workout. It took longer than I thought it would. I kept feet moving during upperbody exercises.
❤️AoSCE: Rating = 8.0. I kept my feet moving during all exercises. My shoulders felt tired.

❤️Baseline: Rating = 8.5. A little problem with balance but not much. I kept my feet moving during upperbody exercises.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 6.5. A low rating for boxing. I had hamstring DOMs so I could barely do any kicks.
❤️TGC Day 19: Rating = 9.5.

Notes: it must’ve been too cold to walk. DOMS were bad today.

So...I haven't updated my log in a long time. I've been working on a personal project that I just finished today. It didn't end up the way I wanted it but I am relieved to be done.
In other news, I've kept up with my streak and will updating my log slowly.

4. 10 minutes of march steps.

❤️Baseline Day 18: Rating = 8.0. I still felt the DOMS on the side leg raises
❤️Baseline Day 19: Rating = 8.0. I kept my feet moving during W-Extensions.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.0. I was still sore but this was better than yesterday.

Notes: I guess it was too cold to walk outside and I forgot to do jumping jacks.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.5. This was definitely better than Wednesday and Thursday’s workouts.

❤️TGC: Rating = 7.5. I had problems with balance on the calf raise hold again.
❤️AoSCE: Rating = 7.0. I put this off because I thought it would suck and it did. At least I didn’t break form. My hands tingled though.
❤️Baseline: Rating = 8.0. I still find torso rotations awkward.
❤️SO: Rating = 9.5. Quick and easy.

Notes: Another football Saturday. I was glad to be done with Arms of Steel Chair Edition again.

❤️SO Day 5: Rating = 8.5. I kept my feet moving during all exercises. I kept doing the last 2 out of order.
❤️GFWR: Rating = 8.0. This was fun but it shows how uncoordinated I am.
❤️Baseline Day 22. Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving during the upper body exercises. The shoulder taps were brutal.
❤️Baseline Day 23: Rating = 8.0. I kept my feet moving during arm circles. High reps on this one. I am sure I will feel it tomorrow.

❤️SO Day 7: Rating = 7.5. Regular squats. I had some pain doing side leg raises on the left side.
❤️Baseline: Rating = 7.5. More side leg raises. Not much pain. The squat holds were challenging (Normal squat hold challenges). Balance wasn’t too bad.
❤️TGC: Rating = 8.5. It didn't hurt my back. I just had hamstring DOMs.
❤️SO Day 8: Rating = 7.5. This was hard for me today. I kept my feet moving during all exercises.

❤️TGC: Rating = 8.0. Balance issues on my last day.
❤️Baseline: Rating = 8.0. Kept my feet moving during all exercises except for the hold. Not my favorite exercises but they went fine.
❤️SO: Rating = 9.5.

Notes: No football but no walking either. Rough winter.

❤️Vitality: Rating = 7.5. This took me longer than I thought...20 reps per side instead of 20 total. 140 side leg raises per side felt like a lot.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. Good but tough workout. Sloppy in places.
❤Walk: Finally...back outside

Notes: 40 minutes of kickboxing + getting back outside = 😊

❤️SO Day 16: Rating = 8.5. Regular squats. I only faltered on balance once.
❤️SO Day 17: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving during all exercises except for the hold. This felt hard for some reason.
❤️GFWR: Rating = 8.5. Fun, but I just can't get the steps right.
❤️Vitality: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving during all. I could really feel the burn.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 9.0. This was a good finisher with a nice focus on coordination.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.5. This was just ok. Foot pain was a factor.
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0. A little stiff.
❤️PC: Rating = 9.5.
❤️Walk: Nice weather but I had some foot issues.

Notes: The night before, my foot started hurting from the way I was sitting. I figured it was a transient thing. When I got up in the middle of the night to pee, I limped my way to the bathroom. Today, foot pain impacted walking, Kickboxing (I couldn’t really do round kicks on that side) just general walking around the house. Who hurts their foot sitting? I DO!😾

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.5. This was just ok. My foot was a little better but I couldn’t really do round kicks.
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0
❤️PC: Rating = 9.5
❤️SO: Rating = 9.0. I did regular squats.
❤️MMP: Rating = 7.5. This was tough. I couldn't do the side to side elbow planks because of my foot.
❤️Walk: Cooler weather and foot pain.

Notes: Weird day without football. Frustrated with my foot.

❤️BG: Rating = 8.0. Good, low impact workout. My foot felt weird though.
❤️Walk: Even colder and more pain even though I swapped out my shoes.

Notes: Extra morning meeting and more foot pain.😿

5. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 46 minutes.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. Good workout. I only had a little pain during round kicks.
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0. Good workout. I only had a little pain during round kicks.
❤️PC: Rating = 9.5

Notes: Better boxing and decent walking weather. Happy Saturday.

4. Posture Challenge Day 14: 34 chest expansions, 3 sets in total throughout the day
5. Square One Day 27: Level 3, no rest.
6. Vitality Day 10: Level 3, no rest.
7. Moving Mango Pilates: Day 18: Iris | Side Kicks & Hips Strengthen | Pilates to Plant Trust -21 Days of Bloom
8. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 10 minutes.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.5. Today was just ok. Still some pain during round kicks and the speedbag was a little soft.
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0.
❤️PC: Rating = 9.5
❤️SO: Rating = 8.5
❤️Vitality: Rating = 8.5
❤️MMP: Rating = 8.0. This one also had some core work. I only needed one small modification.

Notes: Superbowl Sunday. I wish there wasn't so much hype.

4. Stretched Workout
5. Reps to the Rhythm: FAST WALKING 30 MIN • 160 BPM 4600 STEPS • Low Impact • Walking Workout # 47 • Koeni Tamayo
6. Vitality Day 11: Level 3, no rest.
7. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 10 minutes.

❤️PC: Rating = 9.5
❤️SO: Rating = 9.5. Regular squats. I really enjoyed this one.
❤️Stretched: Rating = 8.0. This was ok. Why does something always itch when you're holding a stretch or a pose?
❤️RttR: My foot is mostly better but I wanted something low impact since it’s Monday. This was perfect. Low impact but fast-paced and fun…with cats!😻
❤️Vitality: Rating = 8.0. Upper body fatigued quickly.

5. Heather Robertson: DAY 19: 25 Minute HIIT Workout
6. Moving Mango Pilates: Day 19: Jasmine | Pilates for the Confidence | Pilates to Plant Trust -21 Days of Bloom
7. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 9 minutes.

❤️PC: Rating = 9.5
❤️SO: Rating = 8.5. I kept my feet moving during all exercises.
❤️Vitality: Rating = 9.0
❤️HR: Rating = 7.5. Parts of this were hard. Modifications were needed.
❤️MMP: Rating = 7.0. I was very uncoordinated.

Notes: It’s been a while since I’ve done a Heather workout and it was tough.
