1. First Thing Push Ups Challenge Day 7: 10 push-ups in total: Not in 1 go (standard), finished before breakfast, largest set = 8.
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos. This was a good session today.
3. YWB: Gentle Yoga in Bed! | 30 Day Yoga Challenge | Day 24
4. Daily Kicks Challenge Day 7: 26 round kicks, 30 seconds rest, 3 sets in total: Active rest of march steps between sets.
5. 8.25 mile walk outside. 2 hours and 28 minutes.
❤️Boxing: This was a good session today. The round kicks could've been better but ar least they didn't hurt my lower back
❤️ DKC: This felt really awkward today.
❤️Walk: 8.25 awesome miles at the Ponds. Wildlife spotted: waterfowl, sheep and squirrels. Beautiful day.🌅
Notes: I finished a book with breakfast (and it was the last book of the series). It was a fun series. Awesome lunch and dinner and awesome walking weather.
