2. Daily Kicks Challenge Day 17: 32 turning kicks, 30 seconds rest, 3 sets in total: Active rest of march steps between sets.
3. Daily Kicks Challenge Day 18: 32 front kicks, 30 seconds rest, 3 sets in total: Active rest of march steps between sets.
4. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 48 minutes.

Notes: Very bad morning. Better afternoon. Stuck in a rut though.

3. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 49 minutes.

Notes: I came up with a new plan but I didn’t feel like doing it.

Notes: Today’s “genius” plan was to not start a new exercise plan on a Thursday. It’s a poor excuse and I know it.

Notes: Today was my dad’s birthday. I am grateful I still have him. Other than that I am glad the work week is over.

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos.
3. YWB: Gentle Yoga in Bed! | 30 Day Yoga Challenge | Day 24
4. 8 mile walk outside. 2 hour and 27 minutes.
5. Daily Kicks Challenge Day 20 34 turning kicks, 30 seconds rest, 3 sets in total.

❤️FTPUC: I forgot to do the second set before breakfast so I did it right after breakfast.
❤️Walk: Beautiful day for 8 miles at the ponds.

Notes:. The best thing about today was nice walking weather.

❤️FTPUC: I guess 11 is my max.
❤️Boxing: Decent Sunday session.

Notes: Football Sunday. I ate pizza leftovers and the Broncos lost.

❤️FTPUC: I realized at 1:45 that today was 20 push-ups instead of 10. Ugh.

Notes: I had a hair appointment after work so at I didn’t plan anything. It was dark when we were walking and people had Christmas lights up and lit. Too soon.
