I've been here in the past, but it's been quite some time. I'm 40+, a bit overweight, and just now starting the process for transitioning (FTM). I know the "easy" answer to workout recommendations would be to focus on general weight loss and strength, but I'd like to know if there's anything I can or should focus on in terms of my transitioning journey?
