For golf, it's important to have a good jump impulse and power, a strong upper-body and good lower body strength. Stamina is probably also important over 18 holes of golf. I picked Loadout, Spite, and Hip Opener routines along with a back-specific one (Dumbbells Only Back). Obviously, the jump routine might also be good. I'm also going to try the 60-days of walking for some lower body exercises and general stamina.

Do these seem to make sense, or am I missing something important? It's overwhelming to me to pick from the thousands of routines available and I do need something to focus a little and make progress.

Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

It's a bit difficult to know if you've missed something because you haven't said anything about your current level of fitness or what you actually need to focus on. If you currently play golf, where are you feeling you are lacking? Go there first. Don't try to do everything at once. Pick the most obvious deficit and go from there.
