I went to bed early last night which turned out to be a good decision. The houtis fired a rocket after midnight and the sirens woke me up but I was able to go back to sleep not long after.

I went to a job interview last week and yesterday they told me I got the job so I quit my "dream job" today.
The new place hardly allows overtime and it has a driving service so I won't be able to fake sick as much. I think it can really do me good.

New job is boring and easy and awesome. I already dropped 4 kilos since starting it. Only 16 more to go to get to my previous healthy weight.
Also, I'm so glad I don't live in Europe... or the US... or Canada.

ETA : this is just one article so only one report / opinion of the event, but I thought the media would be well-enough known that people can read it smartly.
We got an Israel/France soccer match coming next week in St Denis, just north of Paris (where my offices actually are), so that got everybody very worried for the supporters's safety.
