Hello,

I'm Jason and I live in West Yorkshire in the UK.

Been looking for a site like this for months now, fed up of downloading apps that promise everything, have you fill out loads of stuff for your "program" only to find you have to subscribe your life away.

Cant believe that your programs are for free and I will try a beginner's one due to not exercising for several years and if I like it I promise I will send you guys a donation :-)

I'm 60 and going to Xmas over with and starting January 1st 2026 (If I try and start now I will fail due to all Xmas crap food I will be eating), so new year, new start, new food (all crap in cupboards is getting thrown or donated to food banks etc.)

Then I'm ONLY going to buy from farms shops (meat and veg)

I want to start with a program for someone who is as stiff as a board, cant get hands passed knees, body aches all over, lack of strength (can do maybe 1 or 2 press ups and zero pull ups, due to very very weak back, arms, chest, legs.

I am being honest and shaming myself to try and make myself wake up.

I saw a saying the other day that really made me sit up and think, it was "Death is Permanent" so starting Jan 2026 I will do everything I can using these programs to try and avoid that saying for another 20 years - HOPEFULLY

Wish me luck

Jason

Welcome!! I'm also quite new to the community, and not in particularly great shape (yet :-) ) -- I found starting with the Universal Warmup as a daily warmup, and Foundation as a 30 day program has worked great for me so far. And Reset & Go was a nice light cooldown that I used for a while, then branched out to the (somewhat intimidating) Cooldown Collection.

Also, the Morning Stretch feels REALLY GOOD. :-)
