Hi! I've only just started here, I'm halfway through Foundation. I'm really enjoying Darebee though (I hate exercise videos, the poster format really does it for me) so I was already looking through programs to pick out what I want to do next. I've settled on Back & Core and Unbound. However, Back & Core is formatted differently from Foundation and I'm a little confused. When it says "4 sets, 30 seconds rest" does it mean 30 seconds in between each set, or 30 seconds after I finish the 4 sets before moving on to the next exercise? I read through the workout manual page, but I couldn't quite figure it out unfortunately... I appreciate any help! Thank you.
