Good evening everyone,
I hope you all are having a very pleasant day.
I am a recent high school graduate and will be attending my local community college in the upcoming fall. In the meantime, I am working toward earning my Congressional Award, which enables youth to grow through personal and fitness goals, community service, and leadership. To achieve my fitness objectives, I have recently decided to join this welcoming and diverse community on Darebee.
I have never followed a strict workout schedule, but I intend to implement a routine that I can stick to as I pursue my fitness goals. I mainly want to focus on cardio exercises, preferably ones that require little or no equipment, so if anyone has any advice, please feel free to share.
Also, if anyone has suggestions on how to make the most of my time here on Darebee, I would deeply appreciate it.
