Hi bees! I have a question about this 3 excercises.

Are they benefitial in a different way of the normal way of doing it? are they good for the knees or another hidden benefit?

These esercises , allow you to train many muscles of the upper part, but require great mobility of the wrist, shoulders and extension of the spine.
I personally prefer the classic versions of the 3 exercises.

Hindu burpees are a mix of the two basic exercises: Hindu squats and Hindu push-ups, so we might as well focus on the two basic exercises.
They aren't necessary variations, but they are useful: Hindu push-ups are useful for strengthening and improving the mobility of the back and shoulders, Hindu squats are an explosive exercise that improves mobility and fluidity of movement in the legs, and both improve overall body athleticism. :)
