Hello, new game of Hive B&C.

Here is spreadsheet table:

This time it is thematic. I choose basic Taichi moves from this video. There are 100 exercises, and I linked every exercise in different tiles. So you just have to do it and report it.
We will report time, not number of repetitions.
All exercises are numerated from 1 to 100, so you just report, for example:

and some comment, as those exercises looks fun, some even funny. I haven't try any, waiting to try it and comment together. You make three exercises per turn.
Those are simple moves, not real Tai Chi Yang sequences, or something like this :dizzy-face:. I wouldn't try this! Or maybe I should? :)

@graoumia , @astro_lizard you can start already, I will wait until tomorrow to see is there somebody else to join us.

And, yes. Click on Youtube link in spreadsheet to direct you to specific time at video, not Preview, because that shows video from beginning.

We will play

🟡 Ascendancy mode
Win by total points after 10 20 rounds (tile count + 3x3 zones + row/column bonuses).

+1 pt per field
+5 pts per row/column
+10 pts per full 3×3 zone

The first one I did wasn't hard at all and was energizing. I did it at the same pace as the guy in the video. My back feels amazingly stretched now and I think it may have to be a regular warmup for me now. For our leveling system, I'm thinking of counting these all as wellness, what do you think?

19 Bear Sway for 1:00. This one did start to get my arms tired but it still mostly felt energizing.
57 rooster step for 1:00. This one also got my arms and back a little tired, but I feel much looser and more limber after doing those three.

I'm starting to wonder why I waited so long to try Tai Chi. This is amazing

And I played, all one minute:
3 - gently happy swaying, as when I get hearts from astro lizard
25 - hip opening, this was a little bit harder, bc have to spread feet to different directions, and go down, but not so hard for minute
77 - Heng ha fist. Interesting experience, start to feel power in exhaling and hard push.

I definitely won't do stamp exercises in my apartment, as neighbors will throw me out. Have to find some woods or garden where nobody see me.

Same, I will need to save those for when I'm at the gym or out of the house somewhere. My downstairs neighbor is probably already wishing I would move out

But it's funny. Imagine full power foot stamping for one minute. What would neighbor think: those are not sane at all
:)
But seriously, those stamp exercises are for earth, ground, not for concrete, asphalt or house floor, to keep your foot safe.

This, but I started conversation with Lizzy later , and it stayed unnoticed

I think it's my turn now.

1:00 54 Heel Raise & Pat Lower Back
1:00 80 Push Mountain Style - it was hard for me to get this motion down at first but I like it
1:00 95 Forward-Backward Heel Raises - balancing for this one was harder than I thought it was going to be so I slowed down the movement until I could maintain balance

My turn:

16 Squatting shake 1:00
17 Standing forward lean sea sway 1:00
18 Knee lift and waist turn 1:00

Lazy one, I took desperate guy, then continue with following videos. Nice gentle warmup.

I don't know what is the problem. I tried every link, and they were ok. Even those you copied 21, 22, 23 they work ok from forum, and from spreadsheet. When you click on spreadsheet go direct to youtube, not preview.

Generally, as I saw, tai-chi moves are supposed to be done as slowly as it can, to do it correctly, then you gradually do it faster, until become very fast but done correctly, and with using of Chi (Qi), internal body energy.
