I hope you restored your energyI almost give up for this round, i am happy to have tried these exercices

Ok battle begins.

That's my Graoumia!I was wondering, could it be possible to add a rule for Build and Conquest #5, if we don't keep the tai chi one, to choose in the build phase one strength exercice, one cardio and one yope/streching/taichi? Or maybe differently, but to have more diversity? I am not sure i will prefer it like this, but it will force us to have more diverse exercices
I understand, and the 3 first games were a bit similar alsoThat's my Graoumia!
Sure, I would like that we together share and try ideas. We can try some new rule every time, to be more fun, but not very hard, that even beginners join us and build and keep their zone, and advanced users can show their skill. You idea is great, maybe even to add zones in grid for exercise types, but we have to finish this first.
And l said last game was boring, but maybe that's not good word, maybe monotone, or something like that
It is amazing but since 17 Standing forward lean sea sway my back is aching .... but maybe it comes from something elseTai chi is amazing, it works the body on a completely different way, and reveals weakness, it is great,
It's nice and relaxing when do it for short time, but after 2 or 3 minutes, it becomes very hard, most of exercises. So I'm not sure how smart is to force it over those times. It is amazing but since 17 Standing forward lean sea sway my back is aching .... but maybe it comes from something else
I've been thinking about this as well. I think for some doing them for a long time is not very good for us or our bodies, but I don't know how we would adjust the game to make it so we aren't doing that.22 Back kick leg lift 3:00
23 Spring leg stretch 3:00
24 Left and right hip opening 3:00

So... Is it easier like that?32, 34, 44
All 3:30 with 30 sec breaks at the minute marks

much easier, the 30 seconds is just enough for it to not feel like it's too much while still keeping it a little challengingSo... Is it easier like that?
I feel you building some wallsbetween us.
