Nice progression.
Just to remind, we are playing 10 rounds, so it's 3 rounds to end, so play wisely.

This fight is very interesting, so maybe we should play longer, maybe 15 or 20 moves? Last game become boring and exhausting, even poor Cryptids vanished. Because of that I put 10 moves.
I don't know, if you want we can add more rounds, or to finish as we start.
Just don't say: as other wish, I agree :)

I think 10 is maybe not enough. I didn't find last game boring, but a bit exhausting, yes. 15 could be good, or 20 if you want

I was wondering, could it be possible to add a rule for Build and Conquest #5, if we don't keep the tai chi one, to choose in the build phase one strength exercice, one cardio and one yope/streching/taichi? Or maybe differently, but to have more diversity? I am not sure i will prefer it like this, but it will force us to have more diverse exercices

Sure, I would like that we together share and try ideas. We can try some new rule every time, to be more fun, but not very hard, that even beginners join us and build and keep their zone, and advanced users can show their skill. You idea is great, maybe even to add zones in grid for exercise types, but we have to finish this first.
And l said last game was boring, but maybe that's not good word, maybe monotone, or something like that

It's nice and relaxing when do it for short time, but after 2 or 3 minutes, it becomes very hard, most of exercises. So I'm not sure how smart is to force it over those times.
I've been thinking about this as well. I think for some doing them for a long time is not very good for us or our bodies, but I don't know how we would adjust the game to make it so we aren't doing that.

I've been trying to only beat the boxes by 15 or so seconds this time around so that the times don't get super crazy.

Maybe some exercise blocks should have a limit for time and to conquer you have to do it multiple times with 30seconds-2minute rest?

I don't know, though. Maybe someone else will have an idea

Yes definitely. I thought that body itself would be indicator for stop, but problem is aftereffect. Especially because those are new and unknown moves, you doing great, and after problems with joints or muscle appear.
Solution
1. We can add time limit, eg 2 minutes, but every exercise is not same difficulty.
2. We can add conquer limit, eg 3 times, who takes field 3rd time, it locks and belong to that player to the end.
3. Or to just allow pauses, eg 30 sec, and then continue.

Idk, do you have some ideas, or to take one of those.
I like 2nd most. I take box in initial phase, then you took from me, then I take it back, then if you or other player conquer it, it belongs permanently to him/her.
For that I'll have to check and assign number of conquers in table, but Ok.
