F3 50 Heel Taps
G3 50 Knee-in and Twists
D5 50 Sitting Twists

I'm on my phone and I tried to double and triple check that these weren't used yet, but if they were I'll fix ASAP.

E5 : 60 Lawnmovers : https://darebee.com/exercises/lawnmowers-exercise.html it is my first time on this exercice, it is more and more difficult to find what to choose

OK, we finished first phase, that is success by itself. I screenshot how battlefield grid looks like now, at beginning of conquest phase. I think it will change a lot after 10 turns.

So I'm starting first, with attack:

H9 - 120 torso twists
G6 - 70 front kicks
B6 - 60 side kicks (2x30 both legs)

first move is cleaning cleaning my territory, second one is aggression on graoumia, and third is reinforcing my first line.
Sorry @graoumia, but I just have cat and cow on border with @astro_lizard, and never did yoga moves. So it will be challenging.

Good luck

D7 - 20 minute walk
F2 - 120 side leg raises
B4 - 204 Elbow Strikes

I barely was able to finish the reps for side legs and elbow strikes. this challenge is really going to push me to my limits. I'm excited :D

D7 - 20 minute walk

This move won't go, as you are not orthogonally connectied to it. So we won't count this, and your next turn you play 4 moves, and you can report it later if you come next to that tile. Little explanation:

🐝 Why no diagonal attacks?

Because we’re building a territory, not playing hopscotch. 😄
In Hive, you can only conquer tiles that touch yours side-to-side — not corner-to-corner.

Diagonal tiles?
They're just waving at you from across the street — no handshake, no takeover.

This rule keeps the game:

Fair – no sneaky jumps

Strategic – plan your path wisely

Thematic – build solid, connected ground, not spiderwebs

So if you want it — get closer. 💪

This won't go as well, you counted on H9 field, but I took it in previous turn, so it's not yours anymore. Play 4 moves in your next turn. Explanation:

🐝 Hive Rule #46534: No Teleporting.

You can’t just swoop in and steal tiles from across the map like a ninja bee.
If your territory doesn’t touch it — you don’t own the passport. 😄

Build your borders. Fight for space. Earn every step.

Just a reminder:
If a tile was conquered by another player, it's no longer yours — even if you originally placed it.
Only currently owned (connected) tiles count for expansion or bonuses.

So if you lost it, you'll need to reclaim it first before building from or counting it

Ok, my turn:

G2 - 1:40 Cow pose - I took it from astro_lizard, as I was next to it at H2
A8 - 25 butterfly sit-ups. That was graoumia island in my territory, and I rightfully claimed it.
A6 - 25 push-ups. That was my tile, but I reinforced it from 20 to 25, to secure my border against cat wariors.

And one more reminder about rules, to avoid future mistakes:

You cannot chain attacks from newly conquered fields in the same turn.

Explanation:

🔄 Why can't you move from a tile you just conquered (no domino attacks)?

Because conquest in Hive takes time and effort — you can’t immediately launch from freshly captured ground.

This rule:

Keeps turns tactical, not explosive

Prevents one-turn takeovers of entire zones

Rewards long-term planning, not chain reactions

> You need to hold the ground before pushing forward from it.
Claim it now — expand from it next turn

Ok, here goes my 2nd turn with a correction from my mistake in 1st turn

F4 80 squats
H2 40 W extensions
G2 2 min cow pose
B5 1:10 min bridge hold

The 1000 squats challenge has prepped me well for squats, but my legs still almost fell off :)

My turn and my correction

F3 : 80 heel tap
B5 2 minutes bridge hold (ouch)
E6 2 minutes warrior 2 pose
G6 80 front kicks

I hope i didn't get wrong this time.

I had some troubles to choose exercices, i had a good idea to kick in something with my still a little broken toe, needed to rest. But this game is definitively really fun, thanks @Gurg and thanks @astro_lizard for your participation. Have a nice evening/day

Good moves with no errors, that's great.
I have done some exercises today to post it, but you ruined my plans with your turns, as I lost control of my territory. Never mind, I'll try to chose something tonight to continue. If not, stay tuned :)
I'm really enjoying your company, both of you.

I'm enjoying playing and working out with you both too. I hope there are more games after this :) even just playing this one again and again would be fun

Don't force yourself, our goal is to test our limits with exercises in coordination and competition with others, and have fun, but it's not worth of injury or feeling bad.

Nice, you made firsr 3x3 town, which is +10 points.
And you squeeze me out from NE corner, and I was preparing to do attack on meditation tile. I never meditated, as I had problem with Clearing of mind, not to think of anything, or to think of nothing. But now I'm forced out of that field, so maybe it is better for me like that :)

Arms are on fire 🔥
As you mentioned fire in arms - I'm not experienced, and started with workouts half year ago - I had one thing that I'm not sure what it is.
While I was exercising with 10kg dumbbell, biceps curls, in one moment I felt as short fire inside shoulder muscle, not pain or something like that, rather like weak hot electric shock, and I stopped with workout not knowing what it is.
Not asking medical help, just wandering what it could be.

No, just once. At the end of workout, namely this exercise. But there was not any aftereffect, pain, inflame etc, just one hot strike inside muscle.
I though maybe it's some blood streem pushing through, or something.

C4 - 270 Back Fists
F3 - 150 Heel Taps
H3 - 120 Overhead Punches

I'm not sure what the fire in the muscles are, but I always take it as a sign that I'm doing a good job and working hard, as long as the pain isn't sharp and intense I think it's okay. I'm not sure though, I could be wrong. As long as my arm is still attached at the end of the day, I'm good :D
