I'm back, one more time.
I still do workouts at least three times a week, last month I did the Daily Kicks challenge and this morning I began the Power Punch challenge.
I hope I'll find all the bees I followed here.

No time for the workout, I did [squat + knee to elbow (R) + squat + knee to elbow (L) + squat + side kick (R) + squat + side kick (L)] x 10.

*First three sets with 10 Superman extensions instead of 3 :phew:(I had looked at the workout without my glasses)
