24-04-2025 :
Very first thing in the day, done in bed : 200 lying punches. I've been doing them for about a month now, and found them quite by accident. One morning, I was lying in bed, my brain wide awake but my body still asleep. I absolutely had to get up, and I didn't know how I could move. I really like punches, so why not start with that, without forcing it. So, I began to punch, still lying in my bed. And... er... it seemed that my triceps were working harder than in the standing punches? And today I found the little video, and voilà, I had the good feel for the muscles that work, and I found a very lazy way to strengthen my triceps. :LOL:

No breakfast, first thing when out of bed : 1' squat hold punches + 50 squat hold calf raises
Before lunch : Walking : 2 km in 30 min, D+ 82 m (66 m for the first 750 meters, with stairs), 1 hour rest, and back in 25'.

Soma 40+ : Day 1, L3, Dumbbells : 2,3 kg

Everest Challenge : Day 1, 60 climbers

I'll change the Everest Challenge for the Cardio and Core Challenge : day 1. It's still a challenge with a decent number of climbers, but it's easier.
