I just watched an inspiring documentary: a 79-year-old Belgian woman who has been living in Turkey for over 40 years and suffers from Parkinson's disease is fighting the disease by boxing three hours a week. It does her so much good that she has convinced four other women with the same disease to join her at the club. I will think of her every time I tell myself that at my age, there's no point in continuing to train.

I've heard that boxing does help with Parkinsons too. Thanks for sharing the story and how it inspired you. I will remember this too.
