I finished a Challenge... What do I do now?

Hi everyone!
I'm a big fan of Darebee and have been doing programs, challenges, and workouts on and off since the beginning of the pandemic.
Lately, life is a bit hectic, and I find myself only being able to commit to the monthly challenges. Their low time demand is a great way to stay in touch with my fitness goals even through tough times.

I've been wondering, though... what do you recommend I do once I reach the end of a challenge? Should I continue the progression of adding, for example, two reps of a given exercise? Or rather, hit the repeat button and start over from day one? Maybe the best would be to start a new challenge altogether?

Hello and welcome. It really depends of 1) if you really enjoyed your challenge or 2) if you think you can improve on exercices and doing them again will be good for your fitness And maybe your goals changed, and you may need something else.
But increasing reps is also a good option.

There are short programs like 2 minutes abs, and other add-ons, maybe it could be good for you on top of any challenge you choose

I agree with @graoumia is that it kinda depends on what you want and what you think of it. I mostly do programs and I've done both options (increasing intensity and jumping to another one). I will admit, I and more likely personally to move to a new challenge for two reasons. One, I like the surprise and excitement of doing a challenge I haven't done before. But also, I really enjoy collecting badges from completing a challenge the first time. ^_^;;

I prefer a change of challenge, I'd get bored doing the same thing, even if slightly different, for two months straight.
I usually alternate between an upper body challenge, a lower body challenge, or different types of training: strength, cardio, etc.
For me, challenges are like a mini extra workout. They need to be varied enough to add a little something extra, and be easily manageable in terms of time spent. :)
