Hi, @StaplerCalash Body recomposition takes a while and a lot depends on your diet as well as your exercise.
First off, for workouts that use weights, I suggest you go to the Workouts page and under the Equipment tab, select dumbbells. That should bring up all the workout that use dumbbells, and you can choose the appropriate level and type of workout from there. There are also several programmes that use weights, as well as some that have a focus on running.
Additionally, you might consider the Recomp plan which will give you suggestions on the workouts to help your recomposition journey. When selecting from the type of workout suggested, you can search for ones that use dumbbells, but you don't really need to use weights all the time.
Alternately, if you want to stick to only three days per week, you could try a plan such as Knight, and again, using the search facility, choose your workouts based on what you like to do, with or without weights.
All the best and let us know if you have any other questions.
