"Beginner"
Hello, I started with Darebee yesterday. I made the exercise and the workout of the day. I'm quite a beginner and haven't done any sports in the last few years.
I was overweight (female, 168cm, 79 kg). Since January I have lost weight and now weigh 64 kg. But my body is flabby.

And I noticed that I don't move very flexible. Even in today's workout of the day, I was able to do some exercises with difficulty.

I'm unsure how many workouts per day I should do. And whether I should also do weight training. I have some dumbbells and resistance bands. I want to build muscle and tone my body.

Do you have any tips? How many workouts do you do per day, do you do any other sports or training?

Welcome. You should maybe start slowly with foundation, when you feel conmfortable add a challenge, and after a few days or weeks you should be able to know when you can add more in your planning, take your time

Welcome! I kinda just felt it out to be honest. I started out with a simple workout and went from there; figuring out how difficult was best (still working on that), adding on other things to target specific areas to work on, etc. I tend to do the programs that rotate the workout so I can try to do it every day.

If it helps, I found out recently that there's a fitness test you can do to help figure out what level you're at: Fitness Test

:Tränen::Tränen:

I will still have to practice a lot.

If you are used to doing gym training with weights you will certainly suffer from cardio but it is only an initial thing.
When Darebee was my main workout, I found it especially convenient to choose a program and challenge each month that complemented or worked together.
Then returning to the gym to do a challenging Muay Thai course, with lots of athletic training and strength circuits, I found myself easily in the top range of the group, thanks to Darebee's training, so have faith this method works and works well :)

Thank you. I make the test, I am on level 1. :(
I am strong (from working), but have no flexibility or conditions.

You're in good company. According to that test, I'm struggling with hitting level 1. 😅 But it gets better over time. I use to not be able to do push-ups at all and now I can do around 5 at a time. :)

If you're having some trouble with flexibility, this may be a good add-on program. Unbound. It's a 30 day program to help with that. I actually forgot that was a thing, so I might be adding that to my own workout. :)

Du bist in guter Gesellschaft.

Danke. So etwas habe ich gesucht.
I looked at some stretching workouts. But I'm also a bit overwhelmed by the large number. I'm just going to try this one now.
