Hi
I hope you're all doing well.
I was checking the achievement section in the profile, and I got an idea. Perhaps it's not relevant or appropriate but I wanted to express it, in case someone finds it useful.
How about adding more types of achievements? I understand an achievement has to be something difficult that we have managed to do, but I thought that perhaps we could add some wellbeing ones or more attainable ones, to both encourage self care and all types of fitness levels.
Things like:
-drinking 2L of water/day for x consecutive days.
-self hug/day for x consecutive days.
-daily stretch/mobility streak.
-meditation steak.
-walked 30 minutes/day for x consecutive days.
-stopped smoking (or anything else) /gave up a vice streak.
-slept a minimum of x hours a day for x consecutive days.
I mean. I know they aren't so impressive compared to running a marathon, but I personally think sometimes those things are mentally challenging too.
What are your thoughts?
Have a good one everyone.
