Hi, I'm new on here and I was looking to do the Ironborn program. I've noticed in the description it says the exercises are done until fatigue but that is not the case when looking at the actual programme. Can anyone advise please. Thanks

You achieve fatigue by choosing the right weight for the reps required, ideally the weight should be increased throughout the program :)

I see, so if it says 12 reps I should be fatigued by the 12th is that right?
That's right, if you don't want to increase the weight just slow down the movement and it becomes more difficult and then those repetitions are enough to get to fatigue.
