Issue with attaching images

I thought I had posted this last night but now I can't find it, so take two.

I'm not sure if it's just me but the 9kb images I upload to show my progress are no longer attaching to my post. Instead there is a link to them and no option to post as a thumbnail or full image. I am wondering if this is a change to the forum or a bug? I've been using the same browser as always, so I know it is not that.

I noticed the same thing today

If I am adding the picture, it looks like it's embedding the picture like normally, but after hitting 'post reply' it just becomes a link to click.

We just updated our server to PHP 8.3 and it looks like we are missing several extensions. We'll fix it asap!
