I needed a slower day… a relaxing yoga session in a dark room, with some candlelight (and the laptop screen, unfortunately), and a cat taking advantage of the fact that I was almost at ground level.

This time I went skating on the lake, which I enjoyed much more than skating on the frozen track last year. It was a beautiful route in the darkness—just the sky, snow, and a few distant lights. No music, no audiobook. There were no people. The ice wasn’t in very good condition yet; some places weren’t skateable at all, but others were like poetry.

I've noticed that when I start several programs at the same time, the workouts overlap (strength day with another strength day) or intertwine (so I end up training strength and cardio every day). Sometimes I had to swap training days to give my body a bit of relief. That’s how the idea for a Witcher- inspired training plan was born :imp:

From the now almost prehistoric first part of the game, I borrowed the attribute names. For now, I want to finish the programs I’ve already started, but I plan to group workouts from different programs (as well as any other workouts) so that each day focuses on a different attribute:


- STRENGTH -
The Labyrinth
Total Body Strength


Going to start something new as well, for example 30 Days of Gravity, Locked In. (it has some strength days as well)


- STAMINA (cardio/ hiit/ skating/ walking/...) -
Momentum
The Labyrinth (depending on the day)


Going to start Locked In.
High Gear and 30 Days of Cardio Hard are on my WANTED list.
