I've noticed that when I start several programs at the same time, the workouts overlap (strength day with another strength day) or intertwine (so I end up training strength and cardio every day). Sometimes I had to swap training days to give my body a bit of relief. That’s how the idea for a Witcher- inspired training plan was born :imp:

From the now almost prehistoric first part of the game, I borrowed the attribute names. For now, I want to finish the programs I’ve already started, but I plan to group workouts from different programs (as well as any other workouts) so that each day focuses on a different attribute:


- STRENGTH -
The Labyrinth
Total Body Strength


Going to start something new as well, for example 30 Days of Gravity, Locked In. (it has some strength days as well)


- STAMINA (cardio/ hiit/ skating/ walking/...) -
Momentum
The Labyrinth (depending on the day)


Going to start Locked In.
High Gear and 30 Days of Cardio Hard are on my WANTED list.


- DEXTERITY (combat) -

and goodies from the workout library.

The order will likely change depending on availability and how I’m feeling, but without any drastic changes hopefully.

I’ve realized it’s time to rethink a few things, and I’m slowly getting more comfortable with some decisions and a new way of looking at things. This was meant to be a year of taking care of myself, not holding myself back—and I want to stick to that.
