"Knocking the rust off."
So not to get to into it but this last month has been particularly rough mentally, physically, and emotionally to the point that it is hard to get the energy to even pretend to function. I am working on things with my therapist but I know I am very bad about if I stop moving it get infinitely harder to start back up.

Does anyone have any suggestions for workouts to keep moving when you don't have the energy to do so or ways to try to keep from completely rusting over?

I'd start with the simplest program and see how it goes: Foundation Light
I would choose a 30 day program because it is already a well structured workout, you don't have to think about anything other than following the exercises for the day, I wouldn't think too much about it and I would try :)
