That page (https://darebee.com/support.html) is outdated, and we no longer display our bank details/IBAN publicly. We ran into repeated issues with scammers attempting to abuse Direct Debit. They only “failed” because there’s almost never anything to take, but it was still an ongoing risk and hassle on our end.

We’ve now set up a redirect from the old support page to the new donation page to avoid confusion going forward. Also agreed on the formatting issues you saw - another good reason that page needed to be retired.
