I'll buy about 1120 g lean ground beef, my supermarket will mark off 30% the day before best date and it's still very fresh, they just want to keep things moving. I'll blend some stuff in and divide into 8 patty's (140g each and 28g protein)on parchment paper on a tray and freeze. when frozen keep the paper but cut around then bag. I also cut calabrese buns and freeze as well.
