Left and right side reps?

Hi!
If an image for a reps of 24 of something and it shows (for example) a left leg lift. Should that be split as12 for the left leg and 12 for the right, or a full 24 for the left leg then a full 24 for the right?

Or is it neither? Do you do do one full set on the left side, rest, then the next full set on the right side?

I know I can make it up, but wondering what the right way to do it is, according to the design of the program.

Thank you!

Hello and Welcome!

Your first guess is the right one.

Darebees Workout Manual says:
Reps: Refers to the number of repetitions. For example, “20 climbers” means 20 total, counting both legs: 20 = 10 per leg.

Switching Sides:
For strength workouts
: Switch halfway.
For cardio workouts: Switch every rep.
For combat workouts: Switch halfway for technique, every rep for speed/agility.
