Otoh, a few sets of housework and sorting tools in garage maybe on the schedule… always good stuff with the right music.

Extra course today: 40k Road cycling! The fair weather arrived. Survived a 2hr4min pedal for 25.43mi, avg HR was 137 and hit 164 on a fairly easy climb ugh. Will get better if I keep on riding! Though no time weekdays. Maybe set up an indoor trainer again as a few years ago.

Anyone out there a fan of Supercross motorcycle racing? Season opener for US series tonight In Anaheim, so will be tuned into a feed on telly later for a watch. Have loved motor bikes a long time here, before I went into paved course racing actually rode in amatuer racing at Anaheim in ‘79 and ‘81 iirc. Fun stuff and kind of intimidating as well. Wheeee…

Haven’t checked our local forecast yet, might get out on the road bicycle if my desired fair weather visits.

Congrats to all! I know many are completing programs, will catch up with you soon! Way to go!

I’ve made it to 30 days, This last week or so very busy so will update daily activity soon. Express Tone completed and the 1000 Calf Raises done…and this past week I am feeling much better with my little dumbbells 💪🏼 Will select another similar program and get ON IT tomorrow due to the short Feb month.

…January went really well for DareBee training, my cycling was a fail. Only one ride for 25mi. Might set up the indoor cycle trainer however, as with some of your, this time issue gets me often and I need a good chunk of time for my longer rides. We will get there! A cycling goal in 2020 was to do the 100km “Century”, and this will be a goal again this year.

FEB 2025> Selected the kettlebell based Gauntlet…thought I did it a few years ago, however not sure. I like me little dumbbells a lot and will likely do IronBorn (a big hit with many of you) again this year.

Indoor Cycling on magnetic resistance trainer: “pending” maybe! I got it set up yesterday, then ended up glued to live feed on the SuperCross dirt bike racing. Another wild night of racing.

Edit update; did 1/2mi on the treadmill and then chang3d and got on the bike trainer for 6mi, almost like old triathlon training a few d3cades ago lol.

This was a good day.

Wow, time flies…have not been keeping up here on checking in and seeing all your great posts.
The good news here is training going well, good cycling last weekend and almost to 60 consecutive days training yay. This is my first 100+ mile bicycling month in 9 months. Wheeee… gonna try and keep this going. Good habits!

:worried: Have completed my Feb Challenges, Ohh My gosh that Iron Arms Challenge was a bit gnarly/awesome. Might do that again lol.:thinking:

Congrats to all! I know many of you are completing programs, will catch up here soon and update this log. Hoping you are well.

:v: The Gauntlet - done. I like this program a lot, could have gone to my larger kettlebell (I only have a small kit with a 5/10/15lbs) after a couple weeks, stayed with the 10lb as my old arms were getting worked in that challenge.

Still pretty achy early mornings. Yay am finding I am moving much better day time after these two months back with DareBee.
