Thank you for the well wishes. Feeling better but not 100% yet. Been doing some exercise just didn't feel like logging again yet.

Taking part in the Hive Defense, 50 bats punched today.

Let's get this plane back in the air.

First I am doing the First thing water challenge, on day 3.
Next is the Zero Hero RPG program, again day 3.

Additionally I do incidentals including a barbell, dumbbells, and a stationary bike. I don't track these.

Plane, air, let's go.

Following health problems I have now been put on the waiting list for a major surgery which should occur within the next year. This is a big deal for me as it should improve my quality of life significantly, and really cut down on future health issues.

In order to get the best results possible I've been advised on things I can work on while waiting. Aside from general weight loss, the surgeons recommended increasing upper body strength and breathing exercises such as apnea training. I have a treadmill in the house now which I love since I can just jump on whenever I like.

My current weight is 97kg, which I am actually happy about as I was 118kg when I became unemployed 7 months ago.

Hello @aku-chan, @TheLibrarian, and @Fremen
:hi:

Partner showed me how to use the pre-set programs on the treadmill today so the incline was changing every three minutes. Certainly added some interest to the routine, though I'm not game enough to have it change speeds yet.

Hello @Calico, @feilan, @Fremen, @TheLibrarian, and @JohnStrong

Was intending to go bushwalking today but the temperature was just too extreme. I had to use the treadmill and watch Dragonball Z instead. I cannot complain about that in the slightest.

Hello @Froud, @Fremen, @TheLibrarian, @HellYeah, and @mavie
:fantastic:

Air conditioner broke so inside the house is disgustingly hot, but still better than outside. My candles got so soft they bent over and are shaped like candy canes now!
I've started counting my kilojoule intake, for example today I ate ~5,500kj. This was a relatively small amount of food, sometimes I eat a lot more so I will be interested to see the average over a few weeks.

Hello @Froud, @mavie, @TheLibrarian, and @Fremen

Had a party last night and forgot to check in. Also my intake was *really* high from having wine. I usually aim for a deficit of about 2,000kj and according to my tracker yesterday intake was about 600kj surplus. Will try to do extra today to help even things out.

Hello @aku-chan, @Froud, @mavie, @neilarey, @Fremen, @TheLibrarian, and @Mianevem

Medical wipeout this weekend, but did my best to do a little bit each day. A few dozen squats, a few weights lifted, anything was better than nothing. Recovering now so will start the checklist again.

Recovery continues. I have increased the reps for HD Arms by a third e.g. 15 up to 20. My breath holding time hasn't really improved with the training, but I feel general breathing has improved so I will keep at it.
