I have not been well the last few days, but managed to keep moving. Have to remind myself no matter how slow, no matter how long I have to rest, any movement is better than sitting still. :crawl:

Square One Day 19 completed on Level III split throughout the day
Upper Body Light 30-Day Challenge Day 19 completed

Day 26
Square One Day 20 completed on Level III split throughout the day
Upper Body Light 30-Day Challenge Day 20 completed

Day 27
One hour slow walk on flat terrain

Day 28
20 slow minutes on stationary bike

Day 29
Square One Day 21 completed on Level III split throughout the day
Upper Body Light 30-Day Challenge Day 21 completed with extended rests

Now to get started on todays' challenges...
