Restarting my workout log over here. Fittingly, because I had to stop for a while - COVID knocks you out and even when you finally test negative again, that doesn't mean you're 100%. Getting back into the swing of things, and hopefully will restart where I am in my workouts but for now I'll be a little more sporadic. My plan is to do some basic walking for a while, and throw in some other recovery or light workouts to work my way back to where I was.

I didn't realize it was so early in the challenges until I checked, so I'm just restarting from the beginning of the programs and the challenges. No longer doing Dash! (sprinting challenge) as it was taken down; I hope it comes back in a new version.

I've been having some problems with my right pinky. As far as I can tell, it's ulnar tunnel syndrome, similar to carpal tunnel syndrome, just on the other side of the hand. So I'm going to add some more hand workouts that I'll do during the day.

I switched to dumbbell curls because if punches follow up push-ups, I usually do them from my knees and I just didn't want to do that today. I think the dumbbell curls might have exercised the muscles more, I felt twinges in the last couple rounds.

Haven't felt the need to do the Hand Tendons or the Hand Mobility exercises for a few days. I'll leave the timers on my Seconds app if I need them in the future, but hopefully I won't.
