Hey!
I’m trying to pick a strength routine I can do twice a week. I already doing:
- workout of the day on level I
- daily excersice
- swim 3x/week,
I would like to build some more muscle to prevent their loss due to age (I am 50 years old)
I’m considering a rotating Push–Legs–Pull A and B workout, or going slowly through one of strengh programs (during them only in my strength days)
Any better ideas?
