Makeover: 30 seconds rest for 10 flutter kicks?

This question is in regards to:


From where the flutter kicks sequence progression starts, does it seem too easy to anyone else? Maybe when it reaches 40 flutter kicks per set might a rest period be necessary. Maybe it should be changed to X amount throughout the day? Anyway, my 2 cents.

As @Jazmin said, I usually interpret the rest as well.
If the sets are too easy I eliminate the rest or dose it depending on how challenging the exercise is, for me in the end what matters is performing the expected number of repetitions. :)

Right, I think where this caught me off guard is the high knees/march step days never feature rest periods (and look daunting late in the challenge) while the flutter kicks offer rest periods in excess of what is probably necessary. Interesting contrast!

Some challenges are a bit unbalanced to one side or the other but I also think that a lot depends on our weaknesses and strengths.
However, as a basic rule of common sense, I always adapt to what I can and want to do. :)
