Stayed up too late the night before, so slept late and didn't have time for an early morning workout.
  • Walk: 1 mile with the grands to the playground and back

Challenge: Everest i am dropping this, because it is making my knees unhappy

Late Morning
  • Exercise of the Day (#885/778)
  • Fighting Cancer: 100 punches
  • Program: House of the Valkyrie day 9 (weapon practice); did both Windcore & Stormhammer again, using 10lb dumbbells for Stormhammer this time
Midday
~Since i couldn't walk outside today, i decided to follow @Laura Rainbow Dragon's lead:
For cardio, I'll try to run on the days when I can. On the other days, I shall dance.

  • Challenge: Daily Cardio days 1&2; substituted step jacks for jumping jacks

Years ago I took a belly dancing class. It was really hard! I couldn't get my abs to do the moves no matter how hard a tried but I did have fun. Do you have finger cymbals?

Thank you for the well wishes; these allergies are kicking my butt!

Years ago I took a belly dancing class. It was really hard! I couldn't get my abs to do the moves no matter how hard a tried but I did have fun. Do you have finger cymbals?
I really wish i could find a class near me; i am glad to find videos on YouTube, but i am sure that i am not doing everything correctly.
I do not have finger cymbals.

  • Workout: (Sort Of) Back to Business level III +ec; substituted step jacks for jumping jacks
  • Walk: 1.83 miles ~pollen was back up, but there was barely any wind, and it was so lovely out that i risked it. I do go early (before sunrise) when the pollen should be at its lowest, and i kept it short.*
