It's field training. You can do this program outdoors, and if you have access to a running track, you can do these exercises travelling from point A to point BI wonder: what does AB mean on, for example, days 11 (both programmes)?

That's what I thought. I just couldn't work out how to do this with push-ups and deadlifts. It's field training. You can do this program outdoors, and if you have access to a running track, you can do these exercises travelling from point A to point B

It's just for the exercises marked with AB. Are there any push-ups or deadlifts marked? In case we made any editing error againThat's what I thought. I just couldn't work out how to do this with push-ups and deadlifts.![]()
Otherwise, yeah, we used to train using "stations" a long time ago. You need space for that, though, and you usually work in a group, too. You run to a station (or hop, or lunge or whatever) and then perform whatever exercise is designated to that station - then you continue from station to station. It's the same idea. If you do this in a 2 x 2 room - that's just regular lunges and hops then

Fighter's Codex is out there, too, but it's going to be updated - it'll be much lighter in the future. This one, though, is it
