Momentum or Locked In?

It's been awhile since I've been around here! So many new programs to choose from... I can't decide!
I'm looking for a general fitness program, which includes a good amount of abs&core work. Momentum and Locked In both look good - any recommendation? How do they differ?
Also, I need to go easy on my wrists and knees, is there one of those two (or another program) that's more suitable?

Have you finished Foundation already? If you had a break from fitness, Foundation Light/Foundation is THE thing, especially if you need to go easy

So Foundation + some abs challenge: Easy Core or Core Control, check em both, and you're good for next month or even more.

They look pretty similar as far as strain on wrists and knees. The programs are kind of similar too, but I'd say Momentum does the theme of building momentum where you start with reps of an easier version of the exercise and progress to a more intense version of the exercise over the course of a workout

Locked in increases the intensity of the exercises over the course of the program (but usually not in a single workout)

Thanks, I think I would like to challenge myself a bit more... But Foundation is definitely my fallback option!
Good idea to add a core challenge too!

Thank you! That is an interesting difference... I think I'll give Locked In a try first!
