PPL: Rest Day - Does trying to climb a rock wall count as resting?
Did my first attempt at climbing a rock wall and got put on the hardest professional route first.
I did not make it far.
Then got to try the most basic of basic routes, did much better on that one.
PPL: Rest Day - Axe Throwing, Archery, Arm Wrestling, and Mead Tasting at the Ren Fair ... and that thing where you smash a hammer and the weight goes up and hits the bell, not sure what that one is called but I love that one, swinging the weighted club really helps with one
Fell on my face a few times during the middle part of the abs, but not like my face can get much worse, so no big deal.
Hang time is getting decent, think I'm around 20 seconds
PPL A&B done at max reps for both weeks, so think it's time to step up the dumbbells and see how minimum reps feel.
So far it was lateral raises and side lunges giving me the most troubles, so see how much my lats and hips hurt next week.
Glad I went with Daily Walk, it fits in my day nicely and is little muss or fuss while I focus and the PPL progressive overload.
Thank you for all the support.
I wasn't trying for a PB, the course had a stop for cookies and another for candy canes, so I wasn't pushing.
Also, the second water table had wine, which I didn't realize till I gulped it down.
So, I was taking 200 to 400 steps at speed and then walked for 100, but I shaved nearly a minute off my pb in the span of week from the previous 5K a ran ... I was / am so confuzzled.
