I'm
Debating what I want to do starting Monday, PPL or Recomp.
Also debating adding-on Muscle Up Prep.
Or maybe Runner, or retrying Runner Prime when it warms up a bit.
I'm thinking of doing recomp once I've finished my first set of programs/challenges. It looks like it's a great all-around package. Hope you find something that works perfectly for you.

Abs had to be Planks and Unbound had to be shoulders toady.
Hands are almost numb.
Also forgot to adjust my bench so it wasn't flat for PPL today, I think I slight angle up would help with my lower back being sore after exercise 4 & 5.

That was a lot of pull today; luckily, I'm good at that.
I was thinking my weekend would be complicated but looks like my Thursday through Sunday will be complicated.
Still, I think I can do something to keep the streak alive, although I might have to do leg day without weights this week to keep ppl going.

Art of Abs done, but poorly I'd say.
I really want a workout that hits all four parts of the ab group, but most seem to only hit two, and the ones that do hit all of it are quite rough.
Maybe I should check for micro-workouts hat hit parts and just do a few different ones in one go.

Knew I didn't want to delay four minutes of planks to push day on Monday, so snuck it in at work along with legs day.
Didn't have any weights to use so had to so something light and classroom friendly and ore & Balance is listed as a strength workout, so it fit the bill nicely.

Also learned to play Lorcana today.
Also, might have to swap out the Renegade Rows with Knelling Rows, feel like I'm making too much noise to be a good upstairs neighbor when lowering the dumbbells.
Also only used 10lb dumbbells for the Muscle Up Prep as opposed to the 20lb dumbbells I'm using for Ironheart; still EC but not overdoing it at the moment.
